Venue Hire

The Whitebread Room (smaller Area) is NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO HIRE. The Large Room is available for hire for birthdays, and general functions. The whole venue can be hired out for wedding receptions.

Booking is essential and a non refundable deposit of 50% must be paid to secure the date.

Please be aware if making a booking at the weekend during the summer months, there is most likely to be a cricket match, so there will be limited access to the outside area.

CHILDREN TO BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN PLAY ON THE CRICKET NETS OR CLIMB THE ROOF OF ANY BUILDING.
PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN PLAY ON THE CRICKET PITCH AND ESPECIALLY BE MINDFUL WHEN A CRICKET MATCH IS IN PLAY.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CRICKET PITCH AND NETS ARE OUT OF BOUNDS
ANY DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE PAID FOR.

Hire Rates

£15 per hour during opening times. If you wish to hold an event outside normal opening times and would like the bar to be open, then there will an extra charge and this will depend on how long one would like the bar open.

For Wedding Receptions and larger events prices on application

We can recommend caterers if required and we can also provide details of a company regarding bouncy castle hire

Please take into account setting up and clearing up times when booking your event.

Bouncy castles are to be inside only.

There is a £15 utilities charge for a bouncy castle per two hour slot.

All drinks – alcoholic and soft drinks must be purchased from the Bar

For evening venue hire – last orders will be called at mid-night. There will be 20 minutes drinking up time and then a further 10 minutes to vacate the premises.

Toilets and car parking are available.
