Ketton ‘Panthers’ Junior Triathlon
Ketton ‘Panthers’ Triathlon Club, based in the Rutland village of Ketton, was formed in 2012 and now has over 100 members, making it one of the fastest growing clubs in the country. The clubs aim is to provide children from 4 – 16 with friendly, fun training sessions to improve running, cycling and swimming skills as well as general fitness. We want the children to participate in the sport of triathlon in a fun and social environment so they can form friendship groups outside of their schools with sport as a shared interest. Although we cater for all abilities and some children prefer not to compete, the end goal is the challenge of competing in local triathlons including the ‘East Midlands Series’.
KJTC is a non-profit making, volunteer run club. Funds raised will be used for club training resources for the benefit of the children.
